Catering & Premades
Updates Board: May 27, 2026
Welcome to the beginning of our Catering & Premades offerings! Now bear with me as we figure out how best to get you all the infos, because maybe you’ll find this webpage and database confusing to navigate, and we will certainly have to figure out the most seamless way to take orders.
For now, please email your orders to friends@henriette.co!
Notes to keep in mind:
- You’ll see some missing information below but know we’re doing our best to fill it all out asap. So do not hesitate to ask us any questions or point out a suggestion!
- BIG NOTE that while we’ve been catering on the down low for some time, it sometimes takes us a bit of time to figure out final cost and quantity of offerings (just like you’ve seen with our menu at the restaurant). Prices and quantities will fluctuate as we get our footing! And this can’t happen without your feedback, so please please always let us know how your experience was.
- Packaging right now is a huge question mark for many items, (like the Salad Kits which right now are going to be in ziploc bags). If you have ideas, email me!
- LIMITED TIME FIRST-ORDER 15% DISCOUNT! Because of the above ^ notes and needing to get this going so we can figure out what the final iteration of each item will look like…please experiment with us and enjoy 15% off your first order!
- THIS LIST WILL GROW! Especially the Team Lunch Cheat Sheet once we figure out how to prepare more stuff in advance for the week, and again depending on the cadence of orders.
- We plan on getting a retail fridge & freezer for the front to keep many of these items on demand, depending on how this goes.
Finally, we’re so thrilled with how Henriette is growing, and in analyzing that we’ve identified the significant chunk of change we have to make up in order to keep our doors open during weekdays. This is our solution. So please try us out and spread the word!
Yours,
A&A
